There are two ways that Eagle's Flight can work with an organisation:  one of our expert facilitators delivers the program in either a training or a conference setting, or companies purchase a program, attend a
Train-the-Trainer and their trainers run the program internally.

We Facilitate

There are times when it is more appropriate to have an external trainer facilitate your learning program.  Maybe you need the objectivity of an external facilitator.  Perhaps your organisation or group doesn't have the internal resources to run the program.  Or possibly the group is so large that you need someone who is experienced at both the logistics and presentation for such a large audience.

Eagle's Flight has a group of dynamic and insightful facilitators who will deliver an experiential program that is relevant and fun for participants.  We have successfully facilitated programs for up to 5000 people at one time with exceptional results.


You Deliver

Many times, Eagle's Flight programs are incorporated into a company's overall training curriculum and are used to complement a more traditional approach to training.  As a result, group size is usually smaller and it makes sense from both a cost and consistency perspective to have an internal company trainer deliver the program.

Eagle's Flight offers an option whereby companies may purchase a leader's kit, along with a Train-the-Trainer session.  Internal trainers are then licensed to deliver the program within their organization for up to 50 people at a time.

Train-the-Trainer Participants Will:

• Gain a common understanding of the experiential learning cycle
• Define and explore the steps for the successful delivery and debriefing of experiential training
• Thoroughly explore the key learning points of the program
• Identify and understand the relevant links to participants' work situations
• Thoroughly understand the logistics of running a successful session

Each time participants go through the program, Eagle's Flight will
prepare and ship the participants materials for a set charge.  The support
materials have been designed to equip trainers with the knowledge and
expertise needed to deliver and debrief our programs comfortably and
confidently.

Eagle's Flight Train-the-Trainer sessions are designed to provide trainers
with an intimate understanding of each program purchased so that they
can effectively tailor a debrief to address the specific needs of each group
within the organization.  We will come to your organisation to conduct a
Train-the-Trainer program.
